A return or exchange can be made 14 days from the date your package has arrived, after the 14 days your order is not eligible for a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. You are responsible for all exchange or return shipping costs. It is recommended that you send your exchange with a tracking number as we will not be responsible for lost returns. Please email us at info@gaddibeauty.com to notify us of your return.
