Protect From Heat:
Using a heat protectant prior to using any styling tools, applying high heat can cause significant damage to your extensions so using a heat protectant will help create a barrier and prevent some of that damage.

Prevent From Tangling:
Using a wet brush or brush with soft-bristles and wide tooth combs. A good detangling spray and hair serum will make combing through your hair much easier. Hair extensions must be brushed regularly.

Hydration is a Must:
Using a hydrating shampoo and conditioner is highy recommended as well as a deep conditioner. Always purchased products for dry and damaged hair.

Blondes:
For blonde hair do not go to bed with wet or damp hair and always dry you hair after washing.

Bedtime:
At night hair should be either in a loose low pony or braid, also sleeping with a silk pillow case is highly recommended.

It is not recommended that you sleep with your clips-in. Clip-ins are for temporary use and should be removed at the end of the night before bed and re-installed each day for the best results.

When purchasing hair you need to select an amount grams that matches your clients hair type as you want it to blend naturally with their hair. You will need to have just as much hair past where their natural hair ends in order for it to look natural. If the extensions aren't thick enough, they will look stringy at the bottom and it will be obvious that they’re wearing extensions! Buying more just incase is always the safe option, you can always store any extra hair for another time.

Yes, we offer free shipping for domestic orders over $500 CAD. Check the cart to see the current deal on free shipping.

For local pick-ups, please change your shipping from standard shipping to the other shipment option. Your pick-up order will be ready in 3-5 business days. Pre-Orders are not included in the local pick-up time. Our local pick-up location is 153 St Paul Crescent St.Catharines, ON L2S 1N2 Canada. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pick-up. Once you've received this email, please respond back confirming the day and time you are able to pick-up your order.

Please allow a minumum of 4 weeks for pre-orders. While we do our very best to ensure your order is shipped within this timeframe, sometimes things can take a little longer than expected due to supply chain issues.
