My Story

Alexis Gaddishaw, founder of Gaddi Beauty, is a hair extension expert who's been in the beauty industry for over a decade.
Gaddi Beauty offers hair extensions, education and her own line of luxury hair extensions. I have been in the beauty industry for over a decade now, as a young child I always had interest in hair. I quickly realized that I had a strong passion for the beauty industry making women feel more confident and beautiful and at that point I focused on turning my side hustle into a full time career.

Trends are forever changing and it is my goal to stay updated and make sure that I am always providing my clients with the best. When creating the line I wanted the quality to be unmatched, the hair extensions to be thick from roots to ends and long lasting to ensure that every customer gets the most out of their experience with Gaddi Beauty.

Education

As an educator, my goal is to ensure that my students are given the best training possible. I am super passionate about educating and helping my students learn all of the knowledge I have learned throughout my journey. I have taken multiple trainings and in different countries and I still continue to educate myself a few times a year. I believe that education is key to success, and I am dedicated to making sure that each student not only understands the material but also feels confident in their ability to apply it in their future careers.

As a stylist, I love seeing how much confidence hair extensions gives to a client. Whether it's adding just a touch of volume or length, or both, extensions can transform a person's appearance in just one visit! And as I work on my clients, I can see and feel the confidence building—it's a beautiful thing to be apart of.

Why Hair?

Hair is my passion. It's not just a job to me—it's a true love that I get to live out every day.

I'm able to be creative, love what I do, and still make a living for myself while doing it so I feel very blessed.


I love working one on one with clients, because it gives me the chance to see their confidence grow as they get used to having extensions in their hair. Nothing makes me happier than being able to provide clients with luxury services that help accentuate their beauty.
