A return or exchange can be made 14 days from the date your package has arrived, after the 14 days your order is not eligible for a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. You are responsible for all exchange or return shipping costs. Yes, when installed correctly by a trained hair extensions specialist. Wefts are perfect for all hair types and your hair can actually grow and become healthier while wearing them.

We do not offer samples, however you are more than welcome to purchase a lower quantity to test out the hair to make sure you love it prior to making a bigger purchase. We have a salon located in St. Catharines, Ontario where you are able to book an appointment to come by and view the hair extensions in person.
